Urethane coated nylon is seam tape welded in all the critical areas to ensure a waterproof seal. The top is held closed by a wide neoprene/velcro closure and bottom stays on with an adjustable shock cord and grippy rubber rand. Extra wide implosion bar allows the skirt to shed water easily for maximum preformance.
