Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order, Monday through Friday. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Whenever possible, we will attempt to ship on the same business day that we receive the order. Orders are generally shipped from Doylestown, Pennsylvania. We may have your order drop shipped directly to you from one of our manufacturers in various locations. Some orders may ship from different locations as we sometimes drop-ship items directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Saturday and Sunday are not shipping days for UPS and Sunday is not a shipping day for USPS, so please do not include those days when calculating your shipping method.
We offer the following shipping options for orders in the continental United States:
Economy (Free Shipping)
Economy shipping is free on most orders over $60. Heavy or oversized items like kayaks, furniture or large mattresses may not quality for free shipping. You must choose the Economy Shipping option in order to receive free shipping. If this option is not present, then you are ordering items that don't quality for free shipping. Your can expect your order to arrive in 2-10 business days. These orders are sent via a carrier of our choosing, based on the most economical service available. Orders to PO Boxes and APO orders are sent via USPS. Free Economy Shipping only applies to domestic orders in the continental U.S. International orders and orders to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges. Your shipping charges will be calculated at checkout
Standard Delivery
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. Orders may ship via UPS or USPS, but orders shipping to PO Boxes and APO/APE addresses will always ship USPS. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Some orders to Hawaii, Alaska or US possessions may be shipped via USPS at our discretion. In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 2-7 business days.
Express Delivery
Expedited shipping via UPS to arrive within 2-3 business days.
Next Day Delivery
Overnight delivery via UPS. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST will arrive the next business day.
Saturday Delivery

We provide free boat delivery anywhere in the Philadelphia Metro area. All other areas will incur a $150 charge for shipping a boat. This charge will be added to your total at checkout.
Backorders
If an item is out of stock or backordered on your order, we'll email you with an estimated ship date or a suggested alternate item. Simply email us back and let us know if you still want to place the order or cancel.
Oversized or Heavy Items
Some items that are large and / or heavy do not quality for express shipping. Examples are camp furniture & mattresses. If you order an item that we cannot ship via 2-Day or Next Day Air, we will contact you. If expedited shipping if not available for your order, please call us for a shipping quote. Simply email us back and let us know if you still want to ship the order via ground shipping or cancel.
Hazardous Materials
Some items incur a $20 HAZMAT fee for shipping hazardous materials. The types of items included here are most quantities of fuel, flares and smoke signals. These charges will be added to your order at checkout or we will contact you if there is a HAZMAT fee before shipping your order.

Adjusted shipping charges will calculated as part of your order.
International Shipping
Orders to international customers ship via USPS Global Priority Mail. This service generally arrives in 4-6 business days. If your country is not listed as a shipping option, please email us and may be able to add your country to our shipping options. Please note that local officials may assess duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any additional duties or taxes. These charges will be billed to you separately. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
Environmentally friendly shipping materials -
We are committed to the outdoors and try in every way that we can to be an environmentally friendly business. Whenever possible, we reuse and recycle our shipping boxes and packing materials, including the packing materials that we may receive from our suppliers. You will receive new high quality merchandise but it may be packed with recycled materials. Some boxes are 'made' just for you. We consider ourselves masters of the craft of boxmaking--just ask any of our staff. We had day-long conversations on the pros and cons of various box attributes, and often comment 'that's a nice box!' Please reuse and recycle!
